Get Your Credit Report:

If you are NOT ready to put in a mortgage application, and instead you'd like to see what's on your credit report first - you can do so here, and you have two choices: 

  • To authorize Andrew Taft to order a mortgage credit report on yourself (or yourself + another borrower), which IS an actual hard credit pull inquiry, click this link.  

 

The cost is $34, and you can pay by CC when placing the order.   (If you put in a mortgage application now, using the Apply Now link, then Andrew will pay for your credit report.)  

This will be a 'mortgage trimerge' credit report, and will include your credit scores from Equifax, Experian & TransUnion.   Normally you will have a score from each bureau, in which case your 'mortgage score' is the score that is the mathematical middle score.

  

Andrew will be notified immediately when you have placed your order, and he will contact you to discuss the report, your scores, and any additional steps that may be needed to correct any inaccuracies in your report, or to increase your credit scores.
